Physical activity is fun, great for our health, can be social, and is a great form of transportation. Whether you are in school, married with children, or retired, regular physical activity should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle. You can start off small, and then work your way up to be as active as you can be. You can take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for an evening walk, join a local sports league, play with your kids at a local park, or ride a bike to school or work – the possibilities are endless!
