Hours of Operation
The main office is open Monday to Fridays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. We are closed weekends and Statutory Holidays. If you have a public health emergency, such as an animal bite, food poisoning, disease outbreak or natural disaster, on-call staff will be available to assist you at (519) 631-9900.

Parking
Ample parking is available free of charge for visitors to our main office. We also provide bike racks.
