Elgin St. Thomas Public Health is one of 36 Public Health Units operating in the Province of Ontario. We are a non-profit agency funded jointly by the provincial governments and the City of St. Thomas and County of Elgin

We serve a population of approximately 90,000. We are located just south of London, in the southern part of Ontario. The area is a mix of urban and rural populations.
