If you do not receive such a confirmation within 3 days, it means we have unfortunately not received your registration and we ask you to let us know by calling 519-631-9900. Someone from the Health Unit will contact you by phone and e-mail to confirm the date and time as well as any payment for the session(s). Please do not assume you are registered unless we have contacted you to confirm your attendance.
